House Rules for SREE PIRAVIN RESIDENCY :
●Welcome to SREE PIRAVIN RESIDENCY! We are delighted to host you in "Rockfort City", Trichy. To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all our guests, and to maintain the quality of our home, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following simple house rules.
Check In & Check Out
●Check-in Time : Please plan to check in after 11:00 AM. Approval must be obtained at the time of booking for an Early Check-in or a Late Check-out.
●Check-out Time : Kindly check out by 10:00 AM. This allows us sufficient time to prepare the room for our next guests.
●Key Handling : Please take good care of the room key. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of ₹1000.
Identification Proof
●All guests must submit an Original Photo ID Proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport) at the time of Check-in.
●The details of every guest must be correctly registered.
● We host only Families. All males or unmarried couples are not allowed.
Smoking, Drinking and Fire Safety
●Strictly No Smoking & Drinking : Smoking and Drinking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or common indoor areas (this includes e-cigarettes/vaping). You may smoke only in the designated outdoor area (if applicable).
●Fire Safety : Please do not use candles, incense sticks, or any open flames inside the homestay.
Payment and Cancellation
●The Balance Payment must be settled at the time of Check-in.
●Rules for Cancellation and Pre-payment refund will depend on the terms and conditions specified during the booking.
Quiet Hours
●Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM. We kindly ask you to keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the privacy and rest of other guests and neighbors.
●&Avoid speaking loudly in common areas.
Property Care & Maintenance
●General Care : Please treat our home and its furnishings with care. Guests will be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the property or its contents.
●Air Conditioning & Lights : Please switch off the air conditioning, lights, and fans when you leave your room. Help us conserve energy!
●Food & Drinks : You are welcome to consume food and drinks in the dining area only. Please dispose of any waste responsibly in the provided bins.
●Water Usage : As a part of responsible living in Trichy, please be mindful of your water usage.
Visitors and Guests
●Visitors : For security and privacy, only registered guests are allowed inside the homestay rooms overnight. If you have a visitor, please inform us in advance, and they must leave by 8:00 PM.
●Extra Guests : Extra guests are not allowed to stay beyond the number of people specified at the time of booking.
●If additional people need to stay, prior permission must be obtained from the management before check-in, and the corresponding extra charge must be paid.
Local ID Holders
●Guests holding a local ID proof from Tiruchirappalli are not allowed to stay.
Pets and Personal Belongings
●Pets : Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
●Valuables : We strongly recommend keeping your valuables secured.
●The homestay is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
